He never pushed us on any decisions or outside of what we were looking for and had useful, unbiased input whenever we'd ask for his opinion on something. We were doing everything remotely, and Shane went above and beyond to accommodate that and make sure we were comfortable throughout the process. Shane was amazing. From the first time, we talked he supported every choice we wanted to make and gave us options galore. Even with a bit more unconventional needs, he was able to support us in finding the right place for us as well as locking it down. He explained everything in detail and went above and beyond at every step; even working with our crazy schedules and anxious minds.
